One point of contact. Eleven dimensions of practice.

Infiniteness advises founders, funds and operators on blockchain protocols, financial infrastructure and the systems that hold value. Every engagement is led by one senior principal, from the first call to the final deliverable.

Six areas of practice

Most mandates sit where software, money and infrastructure meet. Each area below lists the axes of Fig. 1 it draws on.

Work is delivered in English. Clients are founders, funds, foundations and operating companies, in the UAE and abroad.

Protocol and DeFi architecture

Mechanism and system design for protocols that hold or move value, reviewed before code is frozen and capital is at risk.

  • Architecture and threat-model memos
  • Incentive, liquidity and collateral design review
  • Audit-readiness and launch-readiness reviews

Technical due diligence

An independent technical read for funds, acquirers and boards. We assess the codebase, the architecture and the team, and test public claims against what is actually built.

  • Pre-investment diligence reports
  • Red-flag summaries for investment committees
  • Structured sessions with founders and engineers

Custody, payments and stable value

Key management and custody models, settlement and payment flows, on- and off-ramps, and the mechanisms behind FX and stable-value products.

  • Custody model selection and key ceremonies
  • Settlement and reconciliation design
  • Collateral and FX mechanism modelling

Agentic finance

Systems in which AI agents turn instructions into financial actions. We define the policy bounds, approval paths, audit trails and failure modes before an agent touches real funds.

  • Agent permission and policy design
  • Execution guardrails and human approval flows
  • Evaluation plans and incident playbooks

Security and software supply chain

Practical hardening for teams that ship financial software: developer environments, dependencies, signing keys, and a tested plan for when something goes wrong.

  • Dependency and package-risk review
  • Key and secret handling across the team
  • Incident response and wallet recovery

Compute and data-centre advisory

Sourcing colocation capacity for GPU deployments, and screening data-centre assets across Central and Eastern Europe for buyers and operators.

  • Colocation quotes and site comparisons
  • Facility screening on power, scale and ownership
  • Buy-side origination

Three ways to engage

Start with a single session, commission a defined piece of work, or keep senior technical judgement on call.

Contracts and invoices are issued by Infinityness FZE, a free-zone company licensed in the United Arab Emirates. A mutual NDA can be signed before any detail is shared.

60 or 90 minutes · booked online

Advisory session

A focused session on one question: an architecture decision, a diligence concern, a design you want challenged before you commit to it.

Fixed scope · typically 2 to 8 weeks

Scoped engagement

A defined deliverable under a statement of work, such as a diligence report, an architecture review or a launch-readiness assessment.

Retained counsel

Standing access to a senior technical reviewer, for teams without one in-house and for boards that want one on call.

How an engagement starts

  1. Introductory call

Thirty minutes to understand the question and whether this practice is the right fit for it.

  2. Written scope

A short proposal setting out deliverables, timeline and fee.

  3. Agreement

NDA and statement of work, signed electronically.

  4. Delivery

Work runs against the scope, with written checkpoints and a final deliverable you can circulate.

Who you work with

You brief the person who does the work.

Infiniteness is the practice of Tudor, a founder and technical operator with five years in blockchain and financial technology. His work spans protocol design, DeFi infrastructure and ecosystem development. He has been based in the UAE since 2015.

Every mandate is held by him personally. Specialist collaborators join only when a brief requires them, and only with your agreement.

Book a consultation

Choose a session and a time. Each request is confirmed with a calendar invitation and a video link, normally within one working day.

  • The introductory call is for fit and scope. Advisory sessions and reviews are for working through the problem itself.
  • Include links or context in your note. Nothing confidential is needed at this stage.

Times are shown in Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), with your local time alongside. The UAE does not observe daylight saving. Working days are Monday to Friday.

Propose an engagement

For scoped work, due diligence or a retainer, send a short brief. Briefs are read and answered by the principal.

  • If the details are sensitive, keep the brief general and request an NDA. It will be sent before anything else.
  • A reply follows within one working day, with either questions or a time to talk.
